Appointment Times

Monday to Friday 8:00am-8:30pm

Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm

We commit to regular appointment times usually on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.  We plan our own training, professional development and leave around this commitment to ensure ongoing, consistent support for you.

We provide an environment that is professional, modern, safe and designed to put clients at ease from their initial impression in the waiting room through to the important work done together in the consulting room.  The entrance to our rooms allows for anonymity and privacy when attending appointments as well as a peaceful transition in gathering your thoughts after leaving a session to return to the remainder of your day or evening.

Clients are offered the option of contacting Sue Du Plessis, the Principal Psychologist and practice owner, at any time regarding their experience and needs at our practice.

We inform medical practitioners and other relevant parties with your consent by summary letter, report or phone call as appropriate.  We are available to discuss issues pertinent to your progress.
